Final Disposition

The term “final disposition” refers to one's pre-planned or desired wishes upon passing away. This includes the method of disposition chosen, such as cremation or burial, and other related matters. If there is going to be any arguing among children, extended family, a surviving spouse, etc., it often begins here. Formally addressing the matter ahead of time will greatly reduce contention and stress later on when the rest of your estate planning measures are taking effect.
